Policy & Implementation Blueprint

How exactly will Nav Lok Party restructure the FSSAI and hold leadership accountable?
We will dismantle traditional, bureaucratic delays by making the leadership sitting on top directly accountable. Direct grievance communication groups will be established. Citizens can submit adulteration or standard complaints directly into these groups. The designated Area Incharge of that group is legally mandated to investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours (2 days).
What standards will factories and food companies have to follow under your governance?
Compromising on citizen health ends on day one. We plan to adopt and enforce the world-class European Union (EU) Food Standards. Every factory, processing plant, and food corporation operating in the country must completely align with these strict safety levels or face immediate suspension.
What is the "10x Lab Reward" initiative for checking food adulteration?
We will build state-of-the-art food testing laboratories accessible to the public. To empower citizens to police the market, any individual who catches a company violating safety norms via lab test will be heavily rewarded. The government will guarantee a payout equal to (Full Reimbursement of the Lab Test Cost) × 10, funded directly by the fines levied on the non-compliant company.
What technologies will you use for groundwater recharge and road building?
To counter depleting water tables, we will import and mandate advanced international technologies for porous road construction. These roads let rainwater seep naturally through the surface back into earth aquifers. To stop public money wastage, every road contract will mandate a minimum 5 to 10-year lifetime warranty. If a road fails early, the contractor will be held fully liable and legally responsible for rebuilding costs.
What happens if local authorities refuse or fail to do their jobs?
We are putting ultimate power directly back in the hands of the electorate. If local officers, food safety inspectors, or contractors refuse to do their jobs or fail to solve issues in time, citizens will have the legal mechanism to file an escalation complaint directly to the Chief Minister (CM) office for fast-tracked disciplinary action.
